Activist resilience helps activists and NGOs build resilience against activist stress and maintain mental focus during their efforts to turn around climate change and other causes and create a better future.

We teach activists a programme with stress reducing techniques and relaxation exercises that enables them to meet and handle the challenges during their work both physically and mentally. was established in 2015 when we started to conduct workshops for activists and delegates at COP15 in Paris. In 2019 we started to conduct climate grief circles for activists. is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The organization is is run by journalist and humanitarian activist Morten Steiniche and Brit Kim Bech, M.A., meditation teacher and stress therapist. Various guest teachers are affiliated. is a nonprofit organisation.
